| Monitored Professional Development Scheme |

STATS operate a Monitored Professional Development Scheme which is accredited by the Institution of Mechanical Engineers and enables developing engineers to gain a professionally recognised qualification whilst working full time. STATS have designated mentors to coach candidates and provide them with technical guidelines to successfully complete the program.

| Academic Assistance Program |

To encourage individuals to take the personal responsibility for further development, STATS Academic Assistance Program sponsors the tuition fees for academic qualifications which are job related. So far STATS have sponsored university degrees in Oil and Gas Engineering, Mechanical Systems and Quality Management.
We know that working full time and studying might imbalance your personal life, which is why STATS provide both on the job support and have additional holiday entitlement for study leave. |

We offer a range of student placements / internships in various departments throughout the company. Our summer placements usually last for 8-12 weeks, and during this time students are given a chance to work along side STATS employees. |
